Abstract:Novel coronavirus infection or COVID-19 has become a major challenge and a matter of concern not only for India but for the whole world. This viral infection has been recognized in almost whole world and clinically represented with dry cough, fatigue, coughing sputum, shortness of breath. This article is an attempt to throw light on coronavirus infection and enumerates certain preventive measures to be taken in a periodontal set up for prevention of the same.
